Celebrate one of North India's most cherished pre-wedding traditions with this richly decorated Bandhani Chakki — a stunning ritual prop for the Baan / Haldi ceremony that brings together heritage craft and bridal beauty in one stunning piece.
This 12-inch MDF chakki is wrapped entirely in traditional red Bandhani (tie-dye) printed fabric — a deeply auspicious colour in Indian weddings — giving it an authentic, festive character that the plain velvet variant cannot match. The surface is adorned with a symmetrical arrangement of green emerald-style kundan eye motifs, black & gold paisley accents, marquise crystal leaf clusters, and a central hexagonal mirror inlay encircled by a white kundan petal lotus burst. The outer edge carries evenly spaced white pearl cabochons in gold settings, and the underside features a graceful hanging white pearl teardrop fringe for added bridal charm.
The handle (lath) is wrapped in a red & white ribbon spiral with a decorative kundan finial — completing the traditional ceremonial look. The chakki rotates smoothly but does not grind — crafted exclusively for ritual and ceremonial use.
